How long does it take to ship out my order?

We try our best to ship out orders as fast as possible, we will be shipping out at least once per week.


Can I pick up my order in Ottawa?

Certainly! Your items are available for pick up at 155G Loretta Ave N.
Please email warehouse@thefederal.co to schedule a pick up time, pick up is usually available between 9-4pm, Mon-Fri.


What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you receive the item and aren't satisfied, ship it back to us and we will refund your money (minus shipping costs)


If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged?

We're sorry! We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, parts, etc.  Send us an email at warehouse@thefederal.co with some images and we'll work out a replacement for you. Some items may need to be returned to us, while others we may be able to simply send a new one.


If you ordered the wrong item, size, or simply changed your mind

We will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, parts, etc., where applicable, provided your purchase is in "as-new" condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance, close-out, as-is or non-returnable item.


Is there a warranty on products?

We guarantee that every Warehouse product will be free of manufacturer defects and faults for a period of 1 year, assuming proper use and preventative care has been taken on the product. For any issues please email warehouse@thefederal.co

What are the shipping times? 

Shipping times depend on the chosen service and destination but have a look at the checkout page and it will let you know.


Why is shipping so expensive?

Honestly Canada isn't the best country to ship from but we do what we can to keep the prices as low as possible. Shipping multiple products to some locations doesn't increase costs, which is certainly a good thing.


Is there tracking or insurance on air shipping?

Unfortunately in order to keep these costs down, removing tracking and insurance is the only option. We are not responsible if the product gets lost during shipping and you have not chosen insurance and tracking.


Canadian shipments have 2 options:

- Standard Shipping, only tracking is included

- Expedited Shipping, tracking and insurance included


US shipments have 2 options:

Standard Shipping, no insurance or tracking

- Tracked Shipping, tracking and insurance included


For international buyers, only 1 option is listed (no insurance or tracking), please contact us for shipping with insurance and tracking as it is an option but is very expensive.


Taxes, duty, fees?

We are not responsible for any import fees into your country. Please check your country's information on taxes, duty and import charges.




When will my pre-order ship?

Please refer to each product page in regards to estimated shipping dates. Please also keep in mind that these dates are not guaranteed as issues can arise during manufacturing or shipping. We will send out a notification to all customers a few days before shipping out the product to ensure that none of the shipping information has changed.


Am I charged right now?

Yes you will be charged the full product amount at the time of your order. This is done in order to secure a product for you as pre-orders are typically limited in quantity.


Can I cancel my pre-order?

Certainly! If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please email warehouse@thefederal.co


I've moved and still haven't received my pre-order, can I change my shipping address?

Yes! If you wish to change your address, please email warehouse@thefederal.co
